Job Description
The base salary range for this position is $100K - $110K + 15-18% annual bonus potential.
As the Beach Club General Manager, you will oversee day-to-day activities of our pool and beach areas, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and overall guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement operational procedures to ensure smooth functioning of pool and beach areas.
- Develop departmental budgets, control costs (labor, food, beverage), and analyze financial reports to maximize profitability.
- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and heartfelt customer service.
- Recruit, train, schedule, and mentor frontline and management staff to deliver consistent, heartfelt care.
- Oversee a team, providing leadership, training, and ongoing development.
- Implement and monitor pool and beachside services, including food and beverage offerings.
- Coordinate and execute Beach Club Activities and Beach Club related Food and Beverage offerings or activations.
- Any combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities. High School Diploma preferred.
- Proven experience in a leadership role overseeing extensive pool and beach operations.
- CPR and First Aid certification required.
- Blue Card certification.
- Food Handling Safety Certification.
- Extensive beverage knowledge in wines and spirits required.
- Prefer over 3 years working for a luxury brand hotel.
- 3+ years working in a food and beverage operation.
