Job Summary
Junxion Med Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN OB/GYN for an assignment in Waimea, Hawaii.

Travel - Pay Package: based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
- Job
- Provide care in Labor & Delivery (L&D), Postpartum, and Nursery settings.
- Manage patients in Antepartum, Intrapartum, Postpartum, and High‑Risk categories.
- Care for laboring patients, Observation and NST patients, Well Babies, Phototherapy, and Special Care Nursery Babies.
- Start adult and neonatal IVs, perform Accu checks, PKU on newborns, provide newborn resuscitation, APGAR scoring, bulb suctioning, and assist with circumcisions.
- Assist anesthesia with intrathecal or epidural administration, monitor PCA pumps, attend C‑sections and recover patients post‑C‑section/BTL.
- Administer and titrate Pitocin, Magnesium Sulfate, and insulin drip.
- Monitor and interpret fetal heart rates, manage patients on Cytotec, intra‑uterine pressure catheters (IUPC), internal scalp electrodes (ISE), handle amnioinfusions, and assist with external cephalic versions (ECV).
- Meet the minimum of 2 years of labor and delivery, and couplet care experience.
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
- STABLE Program certification
- Fetal Monitoring certification (FM)
- Valid RN license
- Experience in Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, and Nursery
