Overview

Registered Nurse, Long-Term Care (LTC) - Waimea, Hawaii. This travel assignment starts 08/24/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay ranges from $2,577 to $2,801 per week. There are no guaranteed hours. Shift: Any. Setting: hospital-based long-term care unit. Holiday pay is paid based on hours worked on designated holidays.

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in the LTC unit, including medication administration, assessments, and ongoing monitoring.
• Develop and update individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team; document outcomes in the electronic medical record.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments following protocol and physician orders.
• Monitor residents for changes in condition, respond to clinical needs, and elevate concerns per policy.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other staff to coordinate care and support discharge planning as appropriate.

• Active Hawaii RN license
• Current BLS certification
• Minimum of one year of recent Long-Term Care or skilled nursing experience
• Experience with electronic medical records
• Ability to work the assigned schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Availability for all shifts
