Position

Engineering Professional – Residential & Hotel Equipment Maintenance

Base Salary: $34.78 hourly

• Perform repairs and maintenance on hotel equipment including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, A/C refrigeration, locks, tile, carpet, hardware, boilers, motors, and other associated equipment.
• Mix and analyze boiler chemicals.
• Maintain equipment maintenance records.
• Set up and dismantle hotel functions and provide special needs support for events.
• Communicate daily function briefing.
• Assist Journeyman 1/C with major repairs.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Minimum one trade skill with ability to apply knowledge and skills independently.
• Ability to lift or carry up to 50 lbs.
• Capacity to work unassisted on guest‑related room work requests.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with clarity and conciseness.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, reliable, and able to handle stressful situations.
• Customer‑service orientation with experience interacting with diverse guests.
• Ability to think, learn, follow instructions, concentrate, and maintain attention to detail.

• High School Graduate. Certificates of a trade.

• Prior hospitality experience preferred.

• CPR Certificate and/or First aid training preferred.
