Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and supervise operator analysts and technical service technicians

• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for training

• Train personnel on CWES and UOTS systems

• Attend exercise meetings and contribute to training efforts

• Oversee after-action review product development

Requirements:

• Four-year degree plus two years' experience in military operations

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer hardware

• Ability to create after-action review products

• Secret security clearance and legal work status in Canada

• Willingness to lift 50 lbs and occasional travel
