You will be instrumental in supporting the Assistant Superintendent, managing recruitment, and maintaining employee records effectively. Your attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively will ensure the smooth operation of HR functions, including onboarding and leave administration. This position values confidentiality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support HR recruitment and staffing processes
• Oversee onboarding documentation and coordination
• Maintain confidential and accurate employee records
• Assist in tracking Occupational Health and Safety documentation
• Prepare reports and correspondence for divisional use
Requirements:
• Business or Office Administration diploma preferred
• Relevant experience, ideally in HR or education sectors
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Capability to manage priorities and maintain discretion
