Position: Full-Time Executive Assistant
Become an integral part of the team as a Full-Time Executive Assistant in Human Resources located in Wainwright, Alberta. Support the Assistant Superintendent and enhance HR operations through your organizational skills.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide executive and administrative support focusing on staffing, onboarding, and employee relations. You will prepare reports, manage confidential information, and coordinate various HR initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture. Your attention to detail and professionalism are essential for success in this full-time position beginning August 17, 2026.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the Assistant Superintendent

• Coordinate recruitment and staffing processes effectively

• Prepare reports and presentations for HR documentation

• Support Occupational Health and Safety initiatives

• Collaborate on Human Resources projects and initiatives

Requirements:

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail

• Experience in supporting senior leadership roles

• Proven ability to communicate effectively in writing

• Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office

• Diploma in Business Administration or related field preferred
