Become a vital part of Buffalo Trail Public Schools as an Executive Assistant in Human Resources. Provide essential support as you help enhance HR services across the division.

In this full-time role based in Wainwright, Alberta, you will assist the Assistant Superintendent – Human Resources, facilitating recruitment, onboarding, and employee support processes. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will be key as you manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide executive support to the Assistant Superintendent

• Coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes

• Prepare confidential reports and HR documentation

• Support various Human Resources initiatives with collaboration

• Manage timelines for HR projects and initiatives

Requirements:

• Diploma in Business or Office Administration preferred

• Several years of administrative experience in complex environments

• Experience with project coordination is an asset

• Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office

• Strong judgment and ability to manage confidential information
