The Opportunity

CACI is seeking an experienced Business Office Manager, SME to support enterprise business operations across the Indo-Pacific. The Business Office Manager, SME serves as CACI's senior business operations professional responsible for leading and integrating program business functions supporting finance, contracts, procurement, travel, property management, human resources, security, subcontract management, and administrative operations. Reporting directly to the Program Manager, this position ensures business operations are executed efficiently, remain compliant with contractual and corporate requirements, and enable successful program execution across geographically dispersed locations.

The Business Office Manager, SME works closely with Government stakeholders, corporate functional organizations, program leadership, finance personnel, contracts administrators, procurement specialists, human resources, security personnel, subcontractors, and mission partners to coordinate business operations, resolve operational issues, monitor program performance, and ensure timely execution of administrative and business management activities. This position contributes to successful program execution by integrating business operations with mission requirements, improving operational efficiency, and maintaining compliance with Government and corporate policies throughout the Indo-Pacific theater.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee day-to-day business office operations supporting program execution across multiple geographic locations.
  • Integrate finance, contracts, procurement, travel, human resources, security, property management, subcontract administration, and administrative functions to support program objectives.
  • Develop and implement business processes, operating procedures, and internal controls that improve efficiency and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Coordinate with Government stakeholders and corporate functional organizations to resolve business operations issues and support contract execution.
  • Monitor program financial performance, staffing actions, procurement activities, subcontractor support, and administrative operations.
  • Develop executive-level reports, dashboards, performance metrics, and business reviews for Government and program leadership.
  • Support program startup, transition, mobilization, and closeout activities.
  • Coordinate workforce planning activities with recruiting, human resources, and program leadership to support staffing requirements.
  • Monitor contractual deliverables, business milestones, and administrative requirements to ensure timely execution.
  • Identify business risks, resource constraints, and operational challenges while recommending corrective actions and process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), company policies, and Government directives.
  • Coordinate audits, internal reviews, and compliance assessments supporting Government and corporate oversight activities.
  • Provide leadership and mentoring to business office personnel while promoting collaboration and continuous process improvement.
  • Support contingency operations and surge requirements to ensure uninterrupted business support for mission execution.
  • Foster strong relationships with Government customers, corporate organizations, subcontractors, and mission partners to enhance program performance.
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 15 years of experience managing business operations, program administration, project management, contracts administration, finance, or operational support for Government or Department of Defense programs.
  • Experience supporting Department of Defense, Joint, Combatant Command, Service Component, or Special Operations organizations.
