Service Consultant

• Welcome customers and determine which vehicle services are needed.
• Act as a liaison between our technicians and customers to explain the work that must be completed on their vehicle.
• Inspect customer vehicle records and perform a visual inspection to assess additional services.
• Provide accurate cost and time estimates and obtain customer approval.
• Monitor the status of vehicle service/repair and keep the customer informed.
• Book and close repair orders on a timely basis.
• Arrange for customer loaner vehicles if needed.
• Follow up on back‑ordered parts and contact the customer to schedule return appointments.
• Verify that all requested items were completed and that payment is collected before returning the vehicle.

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum one year of sales or customer service experience.
• General mechanical knowledge gained through work experience or education.
• Strong communication and customer relations skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to multi‑task and meet deadlines.
• Valid driver’s license and strong driving record.
• Auto dealership service writing experience preferred.

• Fixed $2,000 per month guaranteed base salary plus commission.
• Competitive incentive program and additional compensation for strong customer service scores.
• Pay Range:
