I opened my agency in 2020 and currently lead a team of 11. Before becoming an agent with State Farm, I worked as a team member for my mother, who is also a State Farm agent. Growing up around the business gave me a strong appreciation for customer service, community involvement, and what it takes to build a successful agency.

I’m a graduate of University of HawaiʰI and have spent my life in the same community I now serve. Being a local resident with deep roots in the area allows me to stay connected to the people and organizations that make our community special. Community involvement is a major part of our agency culture. As an Account Representative for Brandon Kim - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market products and services to help meet those needs.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding product availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.

• Experience in sales (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.
• Experience in managing customer relationships preferred.
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
• Communication skills - written, verbal, and listening.
• Dedicated to customer service.
• Able to anticipate customer needs.
• Able to effectively relate to customers.

Compensation $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
