Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $24 - $24 / hour
* What you'll be doing as a Customer Service Representative:

Answering inbound calls and responding to customer inquiries

Following up on leads and scheduling or confirming appointments

Gathering customer and project information

Maintaining customer records, call notes, and follow-up activities in the CRMCoordinating with sales and operations teams to ensure timely follow-through

Resolving routine customer concerns and escalating issues when necessary

Job Requirements:

Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with People Ready Previous  sales experience preferred but not required

Flexibility to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division on the fly Strong communication skills and a positive attitude

Ability to quickly learn about the client's products and needs

Ability to stand in a stationary position for extended periods
