The pay rate for this job is $24 - $24 / hour*

• Answering inbound calls and responding to customer inquiries
• Following up on leads and scheduling or confirming appointments
• Gathering customer and project information
• Maintaining customer records, call notes, and follow‑up activities in the CRM
• Coordinating with sales and operations teams to ensure timely follow-through
• Resolving routine customer concerns and escalating issues when necessary

Shift Timings: 1st Shift (Day)

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with People Ready
• Previous sales experience preferred but not required
• Flexibility to work in a dynamic and fast‑paced environment
• Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division on the fly
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
• Ability to quickly learn about the client's products and needs
• Ability to stand in a stationary position for extended periods
