Tony Group Automotive is seeking an experienced Service Trainer to develop and coach Service Advisors across our dealership locations. The role is hands-on, observing Guest interactions, coaching in the moment, and delivering classroom and one-on-one training.
You will partner with Service Managers and Technicians to improve the complete service experience, focus on CP ELR and service metrics, and travel regularly between stores to raise performance and guest satisfaction across the network.
