Job Summary
As a change‑management expert on our team, you will establish and deliver standard processes and repositories for configuration‑control documents, and manage an associated board process in collaboration with senior engineers and managers. You will support a complex cyber and IT environment in the Indo‑Pacific region that delivers war‑fighter capabilities from strategic leadership to tactical‑edge components.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver technical diagrams and documentation for existing and new projects.
- Integrate with the security team for risk discussions.
- Interface with key stakeholders and users, including internal delivery, engineering, and cybersecurity teams, to ensure resilient data‑centric delivery.
- Manage priorities and communicate summaries to leadership.
- 8+ years of experience in configuration management, including environment integrity, baselines, documentation, audits, accounting, and lifecycle management.
- Experience with ITSM and configuration‑management software.
- Experience with STIG compliance.
- Experience managing Configuration Control Boards and Engineering Change Proposals.
- Experience with technical drawing software and technical writing.
- Experience documenting workflows.
- Ability to demonstrate cross‑functional communication with a variety of engineering teams.
- HS diploma or GED.
- Experience with project management and ITSM processes.
- Experience working in federal, DoD, or IC agency environments.
- Knowledge of Zero Trust technologies.
- Knowledge of Infrastructure‑as‑Code.
- Knowledge of federal information security policies, standards, procedures, directives, and frameworks, federal security authorizations, assessment, and risk‑management processes for enterprise systems.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or Engineering.
- CPCM, CMPIC, ITIL4, and NDIA CDM certifications.
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Secret clearance is required.
Compensation and BenefitsSalary range: $77,600.00 – $ (annualized USD). Compensation is determined by location, education, skills, and experience.
