You will serve as a COUNTER THREAT FINANCE ANALYST in the FUTURE OPERATIONS DIVISION of HEADQUARTERS US INDO-PACIFIC COMMAND.
GS-13 Grade LevelYour resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
- Utilizing knowledge of Counter Threat Finance programs, systems, missions, policies and regulations to ensure activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements and meet the customers' operational needs;
- Applying a comprehensive understanding of the entire intelligence process, its relation to the Special Operations Forces (SOF) Community, and the functions of other U.S. Government Interagency intelligence organizations;
- Developing processes to leverage U.S. government finance-related instruments of power to include Financial Action Task Forces, Terror Finance Coordination Offices, and Partner Nation Financial Intelligence Units;
- Analyzing and planning actions for financial support networks that are associated with facilitating terrorist networks in order to produce Threat Finance Target Packages;
- Organizing and leading others in comprehensive studies or projects and preparing accurate, technically sound, recommendations.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
- Utilizing knowledge of Counter Threat Finance programs, systems, missions, policies and regulations to ensure activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements;
- Applying an understanding of aspects of the intelligence process;
- Assisting with the development of processes to leverage U.S. government finance-related instruments of power to include Financial Action Task Forces, Terror Finance Coordination Offices, and Partner Nation Financial Intelligence Units;
- Monitoring actions for financial support networks that are associated with facilitating terrorist networks in order to produce Threat Finance Target Packages.
