Lot Attendant

• Customer Service – Perform general Service Lane duties, greet guests within 1 minute of their arrival and shuttle both sales and service guests.
• Closing Lot – Clean all bathrooms and breakrooms, empty all trash, clean all windows, and clean the guest waiting area for the next day.
• Ensure that there are cleaned and washed rental vehicles if needed.
• Move vehicles to the correct location to be serviced or stored.
• Wash vehicles and assure the transfer of the completed vehicle to the guest in a timely manner as instructed by advisors.
• Opening Lot – Roll up gates and disengage locks; showroom ready to receive guests; help set up service area for the day's business.
• Detail supplies – Monitor supply levels and reorder as needed; store supplies and keep detail bays spotless.
• Showroom cars washed and ready to receive guests.

Vehicle security – ensure that all vehicle doors and windows are locked.

Driveway – keep all supplies stored and the driveway spotless.

Showrooms are ready to receive guests.

• Ability to function well in a high‑paced and at times stressful environment.

High school diploma or equivalent. No experience needed – will train.

• Prolonged periods of standing.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
