Configuration Manager, Senior
As an experienced change management professional, you will establish and deliver standard processes and repositories for configuration control documents as well as an associated board process in collaboration with senior engineers and managers, within a complex cyber and IT environment in the Indo‑Pacific region delivering warfighter capabilities from strategic leadership to tactical edge components.
Responsibilities- Deliver technical diagrams and documents for existing and new projects, and integrate with the security team for risk discussions.
- Interface with key stakeholders and users, including internal delivery and engineering teams and cybersecurity professionals, to ensure resilient data‑centric delivery.
- Manage priorities and communicate summaries to leadership.
- 3+ years of experience in informal configuration management, including environment integrity, baselines, documentation, audits and accounting, and lifecycle management.
- Experience with ITSM and configuration management software.
- Experience with STIG compliance.
- Experience managing Configuration Control Boards and Engineering Change Proposals.
- Experience with technical drawing software and technical writing.
- Experience documenting workflows.
- Ability to demonstrate cross‑functional communication with a variety of engineering teams.
- HS diploma or GED.
- Secret clearance (or eligibility).
- Experience with project management and ITSM processes.
- Experience working in federal, DoD, or IC agency environments.
- Knowledge of Zero Trust technologies.
- Knowledge of Infrastructure‑as‑Code.
- Knowledge of federal information security policies, standards, procedures, directives, and frameworks, federal security authorizations, assessment, and risk management processes for enterprise systems.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or Engineering.
- Certifications:
CPCM, CMPIC, ITIL4, NDIA CDM.

CompensationThe projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $ annualized USD. Salary is determined by location, education, skills, and experience.
Work Model- Remote:
Position may require occasional in‑person work at a Booz Allen or customer facility. - Hybrid:
Expected to work from a Booz Allen facility frequently; may also work from or visit a customer facility. - Onsite:
Work primarily performed at a Booz Allen office or customer facility.
