Senior Wargame Exercise Analyst

MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Wargame Exercise Analyst to join our team in Oahu, HI
.

• Validates technical documentation and exercise scenarios to ensure alignment with established industry and military standards.
• Authorizes quality gate oversight for simulation data and coordinates complex logistical requirements for multinational training events.
• Serves as a primary technical authority for the application of asymmetric modeling techniques.
• Oversees the development of training manuals and materials for operational systems including command and control of the information environment.
• Coordinates with mission partners to translate received requirements into discipline-specific language for theater exercises.
• Manages the technical writing and editing process for consolidated exercise reports suitable for high-level distribution.
• Provides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff.

• BA/BS in a relevant discipline or a related field.
• 10+ years of position‑relevant experience.
• Demonstrated experience in quality gate oversight and serving as a functional lead.

• MA/MS in a relevant discipline or a related field.
• 12+ years of experience.
• Experience with Joint Operational Planning Toolkit (JOPT) and C2IE systems.

Must hold an active Secret clearance.

The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.

Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
