Salary Range: Journey worker: $5,369 to $7,644 per month (SR‑22, Step D to M);
Senior Specialist/Subject Matter Expert: $6,043 to $8,601 per month (SR‑24, Step D to M).
Positions assigned to this level perform the full range of Systems Analysis work, ranging from the Journey worker to the Senior Specialist/Subject Matter Expert levels.
Responsibilities• Identify complex inter‑ and intra‑departmental problems; evaluate existing systems, technologies, cost and time constraints, and recommend effective solutions for system design.
• Lead system integration testing, interface development, conversion activities, and coordination of interaction between systems and other system implementation tasks.
• Work with users under general supervision and handle all complex technical aspects of system analysis.
• May oversee activities of lower‑level employees or supervise resources on special projects.
Legal Authorization to Work: All individuals must be citizens, nationals, permanent resident aliens of the United States, or otherwise eligible under federal law for unrestricted employment in the United States.
General Experience/
Education:
- Four (4) years of progressively responsible administrative, professional, or analytical work experience that provided the competencies described below; or
- Graduation from an accredited four‑year college or university with a bachelor’s degree; or
- Any equivalent combination of experience and education.
Specialized
Experience:
Two to four years of professional work experience in the Systems Analysis specialty area; or any equivalent combination of training and experience.
