It Specialist; Plcy​/Pln

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.

• Experience managing projects for enterprise-level IT systems, including defining project scope, establishing milestones, and managing cost, schedule and performance to deliver capabilities.
• Expertise overseeing the procurement and management of IT hardware, software, and contractor services in accordance with acquisition and property management guidelines.
• Proficiency in identifying technical risks and implementing mitigation strategies using the Risk Management Framework (RMF).
• Experience ensuring IT project alignment with strategic goals and technical interoperability.
• Experience leading high-level briefings for senior leadership (i.e. Flag Officers/Senior Executive Service personnel) to report on project status, resolve complex technical roadblocks, and negotiate resource allocations across different organizational components.
