Role Overview
We are searching for experienced Field Service Technicians to support 53 SOPS Det 4. Individuals selected for this role will support enlisted personnel in providing end‑user support and provide technical support for desktop hardware, software, and peripherals.
What You Will Do- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop operating systems and software applications.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
- Maintain accurate records of hardware inventory and software licenses.
- Must have current CompTIA Security+ or equivalent DOD baseline certification and a minimum of 6 years of experience supporting Windows desktop/laptop/PCs and other devices.
- Security Clearance is required; interim level is acceptable.

- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
