MANTECH seeks motivated, career and customer-oriented Project Analysts to join our team in Oahu Hawaii and Dallas Texas.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Leads the technical execution of project audits and validates the accuracy of analytical data for senior management review.
- Coordinate the investigation of project discrepancies and lead the development of technical root cause analyses.
- Monitor project performance against established benchmarks and validate the implementation of management control improvements.
- Conducts specialized Technical Reviews of mission execution data intended for diverse theater Mission Partners.
- Validate the technical accuracy of Project Health Reports and lead field-level assessments of resource burn rates and performance metrics.
- Provide technical guidance to ensure that all project deliverables meet theater-specific and command-mandated standards.
- Provides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff.
NOTE:
Multiple levels of seniority are available based on qualifications and experience. Please see below.
- Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of position-relevant experience (additional experience may be substituted in lieu of education).
- Experience in formal project oversight and leading technical root cause analysis.
- Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of position-relevant experience (additional experience may be substituted in lieu of education).
- Proficiency in data collection and technical reporting.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Management, or a related field.
- PMP or CAPM certification.
- DAWIA Level II in Program Management or Business-Financial Management (or equivalent).
- Experience with DoW project control tools and performance measurement techniques.
- Must hold an active Secret Clearance
- The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
- Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
