Position: Supervisory Intelligence Specialist (Operations).

Serves as Team Chief and Senior Intelligence Analyst for the 780th Military Intelligence Brigade, DET-HI, 782d Military intelligence Battalion (Cyber).
Serves as the subject matter expert regarding the United States SIGINT System (USSS), United States Signals Intelligence Directives (USSIDs), Intelligence Oversight, and all facets of Information Operations, focusing on Cyberspace Operations (CO).
Coordinates and collaborates efforts across the Cyberspace Operation (CO) spectrum with the Joint community and other agencies within the Department of Defense/Department of War.
Supervises assigned military and civilian personnel; provides technical guidance to assigned contractor personnel performing a variety of intelligence, IO and Cyberspace Operations (CO) support functions.
Conducts in depth analysis of the Threat by country and group in order to rapidly respond to their activities.
Executes National SIGINT Requirements Process and understands national-level systems capabilities and limitations.
Demonstrates a broad understanding of global telecommunications technologies and methodologies, computer networks, security, hardware, and operating systems.
Identifies professional development and training needs for improvement of self and subordinates.

Requirements

Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
In accordance with Change 3 to AR 600-85, Alcohol and Drug Abuse Prevention and Control Program, individual must successfully pass a urinalysis screening for illegal drug use prior to appointment and periodically thereafter.
Must be willing to undergo and successfully complete a counterintelligence-scope polygraph examination with No Deception Indicated (NDI) on a pre-appointment and periodic basis.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a TOP SECRET security clearance based on a Single-Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) with eligibility for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI).
Must be able to obtain and maintain access to National Security Agency (NSA) facilities and networks.
Temporary duty (TDY) travel may be required 25% or less.
All INSCOM employees may be subject to extended TDY or worldwide deployments during crisis situations to perform mission essential functions as determined by management.
This position is considered Key and the essential nature of the position prohibits the position from being vacated during a national emergency or mobilization and cannot be filled by Ready Reservists or military retirees with recall obligations.
Failure to perform the duties of this position may result in appropriate action - defined as separation for the efficiency of the Federal service under the procedures contained in 5 CFR 752.
This position is designated Mission Essential and the incumbent must be able to remain on duty or make every effort to report to duty on-time during emergency and/or crisis situations.
