General Maintenance

This position is responsible to keep our facilities looking like GOLD. (Grand Opening Look Daily). In addition, the General Maintenance/Custodial worker will perform general maintenance and repairs for assigned equipment and facilities including plumbing, electrical, basic carpentry, heating and cooling, and other building systems.

• General maintenance tasks as assigned
• Ensuring that spaces are prepared for the next day by taking out trash, tidying furniture and dusting surfaces
• Sweeping and mopping floors, vacuuming carpets
• Washing and sanitizing toilets, sinks and showers and restocking disposable items
• Other duties as assigned
