• Lead the execution of the facility business plan to achieve operational goals related to productivity, quality, safety, service, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee workforce planning and staffing strategies to ensure the facility is appropriately staffed to meet current and future business demands.
• Manage facility financial performance by monitoring budgets, controlling expenses, optimizing asset utilization, and analyzing operational reports.
• Ensure compliance with company and Logistics quality, safety, and operational standards through consistent implementation of policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Resolve associate, customer, and supplier concerns by investigating issues thoroughly, making informed decisions, and driving positive outcomes.
• Develop and lead facility associates and leaders by setting clear expectations, coaching performance, supporting talent development, and participating in hiring, promotion, and succession planning efforts.
• Work cross-functionally with store operators, merchants, replenishment and supply chain providers to provide service, resolve issues, and lead impact recovery efforts for the market.

• Have a proven track record of leading large-scale distribution, logistics, supply chain, or operations teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrate strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, operational metrics, and business performance.
• Excel at developing leaders, building strong teams, and creating a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement.
• Have exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
