Zippy's is seeking a Product Quality Manager for Bakery Operations based at Napoleons Bakery Plant in Waipahu, HI. In this role, you will ensure that all bakery products meet food safety standards and product specifications.
This position requires at least a Bachelor's degree in food science or 5 years of experience in a production facility. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of FDA regulations, HACCP or PCQI certification, and excellent communication skills.
