AboutThe Role
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role built for working scientists, researchers, and academics who want to contribute to cutting‑edge AI — on their own schedule.

Remote - Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
- Develop and solve advanced chemistry problems spanning organic, inorganic, physical, and computational chemistry
- Design complex, real‑world problem statements that challenge and improve AI reasoning
- Review and evaluate AI‑generated chemistry content for scientific accuracy, depth, and rigor
- Collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers and fellow domain experts
- Ensure all deliverables meet high standards of clarity, precision, and scientific integrity
- Work independently on task‑based assignments at your own pace
- Holds a Master's or PhD in Chemistry or a closely related field
- Deep expertise in one or more areas: organic, inorganic, physical, or computational chemistry
- Comfortable coding in Python or working with computational chemistry tools (e.g., Gaussian, VASP)
- Exceptional written communicator — you can explain complex chemistry clearly and precisely
- Naturally detail‑oriented with a rigorous, methodical approach to scientific problems
- Fluent in English
- Experience with data annotation, data quality assurance, or evaluation frameworks
- Background in academic research, scientific publishing, or curriculum development
- Familiarity with AI tools or machine learning workflows
- Experience designing problem sets, exams, or technical assessments
- Work on cutting‑edge AI projects alongside world‑leading research labs
- Fully remote and flexible — work when and where it suits you
