Provide quick and efficient service to customers, greet and take orders, enter orders into POS and ensure accuracy;
Handle cash transactions, cash drawer, make change, process payments, and reconcile receipts;
Maintain cleanliness of lobby and workstations, stock counters, display equipment, and assist with sanitation;
Perform Dough Prep, Cut & Pack, Cook/Wing Street, and Receiving & Stocking duties according to brand standards;
Communicate customer feedback to supervisor and coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure quality
