• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations
• Sales or marketing experience

• Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner
• Match clients with the best‑suited tax professional for their needs
• Schedule clients how they would like to be scheduled
• Help ensure all clients’ needs have been met during service, both in person, over the phone, or virtually
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members
• Other duties as assigned

• Experience working in a fast‑paced environment
• Previous experience in a customer‑service environment
• Ability to multi‑task
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills
• Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office

Payment information: $11.00 – $27.00 per hour
. Local minimum wage laws apply. Successful candidates may participate in incentive compensation plans. Qualifying associates can enroll in medical and prescription drug coverage; participate in the H&R Block Retirement Savings Plan (401(k)); the Employee Assistance Program, virtual fitness center programs, associate discount program; are automatically enrolled in Business Travel Accident Insurance; and receive Associate Tax Prep benefit.
