Job Summary

Responsible for supporting the company’s Vision: “Best place to work & Best place for our guests to do business” and Mission: “Build long term relationships with our associates & guests & make a positive difference in our community”.

• Customer Service – Perform general Service Lane duties, greet guests within 1 minute of their arrival and shuttle both sales and service guests.
• Closing Lot – Clean all bathrooms and breakrooms; empty all trash; clean all windows; clean guest waiting area for the next day.
• Ensure that rental vehicles are cleaned and washed (if needed).
• Move vehicles to the correct location for service or storage.
• Wash vehicles and ensure the transfer of completed Vehicle to the Guest in a timely manner as instructed by advisors.
• Opening Lot – Roll up gates and disengage locks; showroom – ensure that it is ready to receive guests; help set up service area for day’s business.
• Detail supplies – all supplies are out, monitored for reorder, stored and detail bays are spotless.
• Showroom cars are washed and ready to receive guests.

• SMILE: be positive and respectful to everyone.
• GREET: greet everyone within five feet.
• HELP: help every guest or find someone who can.
• THANK: remember to always thank the guest.
• GOLD: go for Gold (Grand Opening Look, Daily).
• Vehicle security – ensure that all vehicle doors and windows are locked.
• Driveway – all supplies are stored and driveway is spotless.
• Showrooms are ready to receive guests.

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate.
• Ability to function well in a high‑paced and at times stressful environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No experience needed; training will be provided.

• Prolonged periods of standing.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
