• Utilizes all company tools to deliver the sales plan, develop associates, and achieve company objectives.
• Employs reporting tools and business acumen to identify performance gaps and capitalize on successes.
• Provides ongoing coaching for all associates, fostering growth and creating an inspirational work environment.
• Acquires talent through networking and recruiting, conducting interviews in partnership with the Store/Multi‑Store Manager.
• Seeks opportunities for self‑development as defined in an individual development plan.
• Spends a majority of the time on the sales floor.
• Develops and maintains customer relationships by maximizing all company tools.
• Consistently executes brand standards and maintains store merchandising standards with any updates or changes.
• Possesses product knowledge and utilizes company learning tools to stay current on new products in both fashion and performance.
• Ensures execution of operational policies and procedures.
• Communicates the brand strategy, promotions, contests, and incentives clearly to the team.

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ year(s) of retail experience.
• Demonstrates expertise in every aspect of store operation.
• Detail‑oriented with critical thinking skills.
• Ability to deliver absolute execution of operational components of the store.

• Customer service and/or retail experience.
• Previous leadership experience of 1+ year(s).

Pay Range: $16.89 – $30.47 per hour (subject to geography, experience, qualifications, skills, and local minimum wage).
