Overview

Levi Strauss & Co. seeks a Supervisor to join its store management team, driving brand equity, customer satisfaction, and financial growth. The role focuses on strategy implementation, operational excellence, and team development.

• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Coach and mentor team members, fostering a positive shop culture.
• Manage daily store operations to maintain efficiency and high standards.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and a welcoming shopping environment.
• Lead by example, demonstrating courage and willingness to make decisions.
• Support the leadership team to achieve store performance goals.

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to coach store associates.
• Compliance with all Levi's Stores policies and procedures.
• Consistently meets or exceeds individual and store sales and performance targets.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs., maneuver around the store, kneel, carry, reach overhead, and climb ladders.
• Reliable transportation and age 18 or older.

Full Time or Part Time

• Hourly pay ranging from the higher of local, state or federal minimum wage or $19.25 - $32.05, based on experience and qualifications.
• Potential for incentive plans and additional compensation.
