As a Territory Coverage Associate, you convert staffing gaps into reliable, high‑quality execution. You provide hands‑on support to Merchandisers and Order Writers, maintain operational consistency, uphold brand execution standards, and ensure stores stay aligned with company expectations. Become an ambassador of world‑famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit among other industry‑leading snacks.

• Represent Mondelēz in stores with professionalism, reliability, and commitment to execution excellence while supporting Merchandisers and Order Writers across the territory.
• Serve as a trusted field partner, delivering strong customer service to store teams and reinforcing Mondelēz’s standards and expectations.
• Execute daily coverage, completing store visits using Merchandising Excellence standards and Order Writing Excellence, capturing display photos and documenting execution through DMI & Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays, ensuring compliance with RTM‑negotiated plans and maintaining strong visibility of our brands.
• Follow assigned schedules, executing daily priorities set by the District Manager or Regional Territory Manager to ensure efficient and effective territory coverage.
• Assist with seasonal transitions, supporting new product launches, seasonal merchandising, and high‑visibility promotional events.
• Build and maintain relationships, partnering with store personnel—including receivers, department managers, and store leadership—to support smooth execution and collaboration.
• Support capability building, reinforcing foundational skills and assisting with the onboarding of new Merchandisers and Order Writers.
• Develop skills for future leadership: building the operational, communication, and problem‑solving foundation for advancement into management roles.
• Stay safe and compliant, embracing the physical nature of the role—lifting, bending, moving product—and following safety protocols and vehicle policies.

• Coverage and Execution Excellence – skilled in stepping into Merchandiser and Order Writer roles to maintain shelf standards and display execution.

• Minimum qualifications:
  
  at least 18 years of age, valid driver’s license, High School Diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• Preferred: 1‑3 years experience in retail or consumer goods; live within the geographical boundaries; flexible schedule including weekends; ability to travel across assigned markets; ability to perform physical activities (lifting up to 25 lbs., occasionally over 50 lbs.).
• Mondelez offers a company vehicle with gas card and maintenance program.

The base salary range is $40,600 to $55,825, depending on experience, skills, education, and location. In addition to base salary, the position is eligible for a competitive bonus program with potential over‑achievement based on performance and company results.
