Open Interviews

We will be hosting open interviews on Mondays and Fridays throughout July from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm HST. No RSVP needed; come to our distribution center and interview with our hiring managers on the spot.

Island Distributing Oahu Address: 94-1450 Moaniani St, Waipahu, Hawaii 96797

• $1,000 Sign-On Bonus (paid per company policy)
• Pay: $23.00 per hour starting pay with overtime potential plus mileage and monthly car reimbursements
• Schedule: 5 days per week, including both Saturday and Sunday, with two days off midweek
• Shift: Start times as early as 6 am to 7 am; work an average of 8 to 10 hours per day
• Field based position: driving your personal vehicle to support grocery stores and retail beverage outlets throughout Oahu

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure product is stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly along assigned routes.
• Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment such as pallet jack or hand truck.
• Use company‑issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency, and account monitoring.
• Accurately utilize company systems to complete merchandising checkouts, upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts.
• Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness.
• Other projects or duties as assigned.

• Legal driving age of 18 years or older and meet minimum state legal age requirements.
• Reliable personal automobile with acceptable driving record and valid driver's license; must maintain auto insurance coverage meeting company and state law minimum amounts.
• Must be able to lift, push, and pull products weighing 25 to 50 pounds on a regular basis.

• High School Diploma or General Education Equivalency.
• At least six months of related work experience.
