Our UPS store is locally owned and operated. Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Providing world-class customer service for every customer.
• Packing & shipping certification
• Faxing, scanning, printing etc.
• Reliable and accountable for all scheduled shifts.
• Working closely with co-workers and manager to ensure quality customer experience while maximizing revenues for the business
• Keeping store image pristine for corporate compliance
• Continually cleaning and preparing the store for the next round of business
• Ability to communicate effectively via phone, email, and direct contact.

. Ability and confidence to work independently and open/close the store. Applicants must be able to stand for hours at a time and lift at least 40 pounds repeatedly throughout the day without assistance.
