Delco Sales, a premier manufacturers’ representative agency, is seeking an experienced, self-motivated, and customer-focused sales professional to serve the Commercial Plumbing and Heating channel in the Hawaiian Territory. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with contractors, distributors, engineers, and architects across the assigned territories.
We are looking for someone who lives in the territory.
The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to:
- Maximize revenue within an assigned account portfolio by growing existing relationships and developing new business opportunities.
- Understand customer needs and objectives, delivering solutions that contribute to their overall business growth.
- Develop and present compelling sales proposals to prospective clients, clearly communicating the value of our products and services.
- Leverage industry knowledge to formulate strategic business plans that drive measurable sales results.
- A deep understanding of the commercial plumbing market and the ability to quickly access resources to meet customer needs are essential.

CompensationThe expected salary range for this position is $70,000 – $125,000 annually, in accordance with the California Pay Transparency Law. Actual compensation will be based on qualifications and experience.
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Demonstrated Customer Service skills, with a focus on responsiveness, follow-through, and problem-solving.
- Ability to drive new Sales opportunities through prospecting, territory planning, and relationship building.
- Knowledge of plumbing, waterworks, irrigation, or related construction industries is highly beneficial.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present to groups and interact with all levels of customers.
- Strong organizational skills, including time management, and accurate documentation of activities.
- Comfort with basic computer tools and CRM or sales tracking systems.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regularly within the assigned territory.
