As a General Laborer, you’ll support daily yard operations by handling scaffold equipment, moving materials, and assisting at multiple stations. You’ll work Monday through Friday, starting at 7:00 AM and ending around 3:30 PM.

You’ll be part of a team responsible for:

• Loading and unloading scaffolding gear
• Organizing materials using rollers and cable lines
• Keeping the worksite clean and safe
• Supporting team leads on various tasks throughout the shift

This is physically active work that requires strength, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic. If you enjoy working in a fast‑paced environment where no two days are exactly the same, you’ll feel right at home here.

To be considered for this role, applicants must:

• Have a clean background (for entry to Pearl Harbor)
• Own a reliable personal vehicle
• Hold a valid driver’s license
• Be able to lift and move materials regularly
• Show up on time and work well with a team

Forklift certification is a plus! If you’re certified, let us know – it could open additional opportunities onsite.

You’ll need:

• High‑visibility shirt
• Long pants
• Steel‑toe boots
• Your own hard hat (required)
• We’ll provide gloves and safety glasses as needed
