EAH Housing is seeking a Maintenance Technician I for a full-time role at a 80-unit affordable housing community in Waipahu, HI. You will perform repairs and preventative maintenance, helping keep rental units in excellent condition and supporting painting, electrical, and plumbing tasks as needed.
Qualified candidates have 1+ year of related apartment maintenance experience, knowledge in plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance, CADL, a clean DMV record, and reliable transportation.
