Headquartered in Frisco, Texas, QCD services thousands of restaurants throughout the United States, delivering over 37,000 items a week from 25 strategically located distribution centers and averaging more than 40 million miles driven per year.

Freezer Selector – Hawaii (Oahu)

You’ll be a key player on our warehouse team, helping to move, manage, and deliver products efficiently and safely. Work involves loading trailers, picking orders, and leading associates in a fast‑paced, multi‑temperature environment focused on accuracy, teamwork, and safety.

• Safely operate material‑handling equipment: pallet jacks and forklifts (forklift certification required)
• Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments and verify product quality and order accuracy
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with company standards
• Use warehouse technology (RF scanners, Vo Collect headset, and Warehouse Management System) to track orders and inventory
• Follow QIP, sanitation policies, and safety protocols
• Load and unload trailers efficiently and safely
• Secure pallets for shipment and verify shipping documentation
• Assist dock operations, staging, and organizing shipments
• Use Vo Collect headset to pick and pack customer orders accurately
• Conduct cycle counts and spot checks to maintain inventory accuracy
• Follow FEFO (First Expired, First Out) procedures for food products

• Ability to work in varying temperatures, including freezer and cooler environments
• Strong attention to detail, teamwork skills, and commitment to safety
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues
• Experience with warehouse management systems and handheld scanners preferred

• Full‑time, on‑site in a temperature‑controlled warehouse (dry, cooler, and freezer – 5 °F to 38 °F)
• Primarily a 4‑day work week; shifts typically 4 PM – 2:30 AM; weekend and holiday availability required
• Physically active role with repetitive lifting up to 50 lbs and standing/walking for extended periods

• $24.40 /hour + $1.00 Freezer Pay
• Weekly pay (every Friday)
