Night Operations Supervisor

Quality Custom Distribution, a national temperature-controlled logistics provider, seeks a Night Operations Supervisor to lead warehouse activities supporting quick-service restaurant customers. In this fast-paced, safety-driven role, you will supervise night shift staff, oversee inbound and outbound freight, and ensure accurate, on-time distribution. You'll enforce safety and quality standards, coordinate closely with transportation and routing teams, and monitor KPIs to drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Supervise night warehouse staff and assign workloads to meet delivery schedules
• Oversee inbound and outbound loading of temperature-controlled products
• Monitor safety, OSHA compliance, and adherence to company policies
• Ensure inventory accuracy and proper handling of customer orders
• Coordinate with transportation and routing teams to support on-time deliveries
• Train, coach, and evaluate team members to support performance and growth
• Resolve night shift operational issues and communicate with day leadership
• Monitor KPIs, prepare shift reports, and recommend process improvements
