Position Overview

As a Carpenter, you'll perform skilled rough and finish carpentry on a variety of residential and commercial projects while working alongside experienced professionals who value craftsmanship, safety, and teamwork. Thisposition will contribute in the following ways:
- Perform rough and finish carpentry on residential and commercial construction projects.
- Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and project specifications.
- Measure, cut, assemble, and install framing, siding, trim, doors, windows, cabinetry, blocking, and other structural and finish components.
- Complete demolition, repairs, renovations, and remodeling work as needed.
- Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment.
- Deliver high-quality workmanship while meeting project schedules and company standards.
- Identify material needs, field issues, and potential safety concerns, and communicate them proactively.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites.
- Support and mentor less experienced team members by sharing knowledge and best practices.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support successful project completion.
Required Competencies
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum two (2) years of carpentry or general construction experience.
- Working knowledge of residential and commercial construction methods.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and common construction equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality workmanship.
- Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
- Ability to regularly lift up to 75 pounds.
- Ability to climb ladders, work at heights, and perform physically demanding work in varying weather conditions.
- Work on a variety of residential and commercial construction projects.
