Position: Carpenter, Full-Time, Oahu

Position Overview

As a Carpenter, you'll perform skilled rough and finish carpentry on a variety of residential and commercial projects while working alongside experienced professionals who value craftsmanship, safety, and teamwork. This

position will contribute in the following ways:
  • Perform rough and finish carpentry on residential and commercial construction projects.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and project specifications.
  • Measure, cut, assemble, and install framing, siding, trim, doors, windows, cabinetry, blocking, and other structural and finish components.
  • Complete demolition, repairs, renovations, and remodeling work as needed.
  • Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment.
  • Deliver high-quality workmanship while meeting project schedules and company standards.
  • Identify material needs, field issues, and potential safety concerns, and communicate them proactively.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites.
  • Support and mentor less experienced team members by sharing knowledge and best practices.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support successful project completion.
Qualifications & Core Competencies

Required Competencies

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum two (2) years of carpentry or general construction experience.
  • Working knowledge of residential and commercial construction methods.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
  • Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and common construction equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality workmanship.
  • Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
  • Ability to regularly lift up to 75 pounds.
  • Ability to climb ladders, work at heights, and perform physically demanding work in varying weather conditions.
