Construction K-12 Superintendent

Job Description

A respected General Contractor is seeking an experienced K-12 Superintendent to oversee on-site construction activities for school projects. The Superintendent will lead daily field operations and ensure K-12 projects are completed safely, on schedule, and with high quality. This role is ideal for a Superintendent experienced with occupied campuses and working closely with school districts and design teams.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Experience as a Superintendent on K-12 construction projects
• Strong knowledge of K-12 processes, safety, and occupied campus work
• Ability to lead all field operations as the primary Superintendent
• Experience managing subcontractors and coordinating inspections
• Client-facing Superintendent experience with districts and stakeholders
• Strong scheduling skills aligned with academic calendars
• Knowledge of codes, inspections, and compliance requirements
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
