Tired of boring retail, drive thru headsets, or standing around watching the clock?

Battle House Laser Tag in Wake Forest is hiring Front Desk and Customer Service team members. This is a fun, fast moving part time job where you help families, birthday parties, groups, and players get checked in and ready for an awesome experience.

You will be the first person many guests meet, so we are looking for someone friendly, dependable, and comfortable talking with people.

Starting pay: $11 to $13 starting per hour. Up to $15 per hour, if you level up to a Shift Lead.

-plus tip splits.

Hours available: Part time, approximately 6 to 27 hours per week.

Weekend availability is required.

As a Front Desk Customer Service Team Member, you will help keep the guest experience running smoothly from start to finish.

• Greet guests as they arrive
• Check players in for games, parties, and events
• Answer phones and help customers with basic questions
• Help guests understand pricing, game options, and available times
• Assist with birthday party check ins and party room setup
• Help keep the front desk, lobby, and party areas clean and organized
• Work with Game Hosts and managers to keep groups moving on schedule
• Make guests feel welcome and excited to play

You do not need laser tag experience. We will train you.

• Are at least 16 years old
• Are friendly, outgoing, and dependable
• Can talk comfortably with parents, kids, teens, and groups
• Can stay calm and helpful when things get busy
• Are comfortable answering phones
• Can work evenings and weekends
• Show up on time and take pride in doing a good job
• Enjoy working around fun events, birthday parties, and families

Battle House Laser Tag is not your average arcade laser tag place. We run tactical, mission based laser tag games in a large indoor arena for birthdays, families, friends, team events, school groups, and more.

Our Front Desk team plays a huge role in making sure every guest has a great first impression and a smooth visit.
