Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary eye care services
• Diagnose and manage ocular diseases
• Conduct routine and medical eye examinations
• Prescribe corrective lenses and specialty contact lenses
• Develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs
• Collaborate with fellow optometrists and clinical support staff
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation

• Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in North Carolina
• Strong interest in comprehensive primary eye care
• Interest in specialty development is a plus
• Excellent communication and patient care skills

While primary care is the foundation of this role, the practice offers infrastructure, technology, and mentorship to support doctors interested in expanding into specialty areas:

• Practice within an established dry eye center
