Salary: $75,000 - $100,000 per year

• Delivering high‑quality nursing care in home health settings using the nursing process
• Assessing patient needs and collaborating on individualized care plans
• Educating patients and families using population‑relevant materials
• Evaluating care outcomes and adjusting plans as needed
• Coordinating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
• Participating in performance improvement and cost‑effective care initiatives
• Staying current with research and applying evidence‑based practices

• Active RN license in North Carolina
• At least 1 year of experience within inpatient is highly preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to manage complex patient needs
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
