Salary: $75,000 - $100,000 per year

- Staying current with research and applying evidence‑based practices
- Active RN license in North Carolina
- At least 1 year of experience within inpatient is highly preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to manage complex patient needs
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
