At Caring Connections Pediatric Therapy, we’re passionate about building strong foundations for families to flourish by offering compassionate, individualized pediatric therapy that truly makes a difference. Established by a seasoned pediatric SLP, we’re dedicated to providing holistic, child-centered services and partnering with caregivers to support children’s development and confidence in meaningful ways.

As our practice continues to expand, we’re looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist (OT) to help us grow our services and support more families in the Wake Forest community and beyond.

• Be part of a practice rooted in child-centered strategies, caregiver collaboration, and inclusive, neurodiversity-affirming practices that prioritize the whole child.
• Work alongside dedicated professionals who value meaningful connections with families and continuous learning.
• Help shape and expand OT services in a developing program where your expertise truly matters.

We’re seeking an OT who is ready to step into a growing role with autonomy and community impact
.

• Minimum of 5 years of pediatric OT experience.
• Current credentialing with insurance companies.
• Ability to provide both in-office (Wake Forest, NC) and off-site therapy sessions while building a caseload.
• A passion for working with children and families across a variety of developmental needs.
• Strong communication skills and commitment to collaborative care.

• Services provided in office and community locations as needed.
• Structured support and a clear path for building your caseload.
• Opportunities to collaborate across disciplines and contribute to program development.
