Medspa Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and personable Medspa Coordinator to join our team in Wake Forest, NC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting both clients and staff to ensure a seamless and positive experience at our medspa.

• Greet and welcome clients in a professional and friendly manner.
• Schedule and confirm client appointments using our booking system.
• Manage client intake forms and maintain accurate patient records.
• Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide detailed information about services and treatments.
• Coordinate with medical and aesthetic staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Assist clients with product purchases and provide guidance on aftercare and treatment plans.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
• Handle billing, payments, and insurance verifications as needed.
• Support marketing efforts by promoting special offers and events.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in healthcare or business is a plus.
• Previous experience in a medspa, medical office, or customer service role preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Proficiency with scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
• Positive attitude and a passion for providing outstanding client care.
