Patient Support Specialist - Hybrid

Location: Wake Forest, NC, United States

In this role, you will provide inbound customer support in a virtual pharmaceutical contact center environment covering patients, caregivers, healthcare providers and clinic personnel.

• Respond to inbound calls, emails and other communications with timely and accurate answers.
• Build rapport and establish positive relationships by actively listening and demonstrating empathy.
• Identify and resolve patient issues or appropriately escalate to internal teams.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions and transactions in the contact center software system.
• Adhere to policies, procedures and regulations including data privacy and security requirements.
• Work a hybrid schedule: 2 days in Newtown, PA office and 3 days remote.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer service or call center operations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to explain complex information.

• Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
