Put your career into high gear with Mavis Tires & Brakes at Discount Prices! We’re looking for full‑time Automotive Assistant and Service Managers to join Team Mavis at one of our state‑of‑the‑art automotive service and retail tire sales centers in the Raleigh, NC area.

As a future leader of Mavis, the Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager to ensure each Mavis retail location operates efficiently, safely and effectively. Assistant Managers enforce established policies, procedures, and standards, schedule mechanics/technicians work, manage outside orders, ensure the quality and timely completion of jobs, meet customer expectations and ensure team safety.

The Service Manager assists customers with tire selections and recommends necessary under‑car repair services. To deliver customer satisfaction, the Service Manager directs the workflow of Mechanics, Alignment Technicians and Tire Technicians, stages vehicle repair/maintenance work, drives sales initiatives, communicates directly with customers, assesses needs, provides information on repairs and maintenance, and strives to meet expectations.

To be eligible you must be 18 years of age or older, legally authorized to work in the United States, and possess (i) at least one year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales, (ii) at least one year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs and/or maintenance, or (iii) any combination of education, training and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position.
